How long is a typical transaction?
Time spent at a CryptoQuik ATM will vary depending on the type of transaction you wish to do. For example, a buy transaction will only take the customer a few minutes to complete. On the other hand, a sell transaction will take approximately 20-40 minutes to complete. This time varies due to activity on the blockchain so we ask our customers to be prepared to spend the max amount of time when doing a sell transaction.
Are there limits to how much cryptocurrency I can buy/sell per transaction?
Yes, the limits are as follows:
$0-$1,000 – Anonymous tansaction
$1,001-$3,000 – Phone number verification is required
$3,001-$9,500 – You must be a registered CryptoQuik member.
How do I become a registered CryptoQuik member?
Simply register on our ATM. You will be required to provide your phone number, an ID scan, and a selfie on the ATM for ID verification. The process can be done through the highest tier of $3,000-$9,500. Just follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

What are the fee’s involved?
The fees for a buy transaction typically range from 5-10% above actual market value and fees for a sell transaction range form 10-15% below market value. All fees are subject to change at CryptoQuik’s discretion.
What if I don’t have my own wallet, can i still use a CryptoQuik ATM?
We advise our customers to use the Coinbase App. It can be downloaded on both iPhone and Android. Simply follow the links on the Instructions page to download the app. Once downloaded follow the app instructions to successfully set up your Coinbase account.
How does the redeem ticket work?
The redeem ticket is a form of transfer for the Bitcoin that you are selling. You will be instructed to send the bitcoin to the address provided on the redeem ticket. You must wait until you have received confirmation by SMS to the phone number you have provided that your withdrawal is ready. Upon confirmation you must scan the redeem ticket in order to withdraw your cash. Note: It is extremely important that you do not lose the redeem ticket until you have completed your withdrawal
