Select the desired transaction tier (please note that each tier has separate requirements to fulfill).

STEP 4

Scan the QR code of your wallet. If you do not have a wallet we suggest that you use the Coinbase app, downloadable for Android and iPhone, or simply use the paper wallet function provided by our ATM.

STEP 5

Place your desired cash amount into the bill acceptor to complete the purchase. In doing so please ensure that bills are clean, not ripped, or marked up.

STEP 6

Once you’ve reached your desired amount, select “Buy Bitcoin/Altcoin” button. Take your printed receipt and keep for your records.

Select the dollar amount that you would like to sell.

STEP 4

You will be asked if you would like to provide a phone number to receive SMS alerts about your transaction, select the yes or no option (we highly recommended to select the SMS option in order to expedite the process).

STEP 5

The Redeem ticket will print out with time sensitive instructions on how to complete the transaction. BE SURE NOT TO LOSE THIS TICKET, YOU WILL NEED IT FOR YOUR CASH WITHDRAWAL.

STEP 6

Locate the step by step instructions directly below the transaction information on the Redeem Ticket.

STEP 7

Begin by sending the EXACT amount of Bitcoin listed on line 1 of the Redeem Ticket to the QR code address provided below.

STEP 8

Wait for your transaction to be confirmed. Wait time for this is typically between 20-40 minutes. If you opted for SMS alerts, you will receive an alert when your cash is ready for withdrawal from the ATM. If you opted not to use the SMS alert system you may periodically check on your transaction by selecting the “Redeem Ticket” function on the ATM to ensure the transaction has been completed.

STEP 9

Select the “Redeem Ticket” option and scan the Redeem Ticket.

STEP 10

The green “Processing Transaction Completed” screen will appear, and the ATM will dispense your cash along with a printed receipt.

You will be provided with two tiers to choose from. Tier one for transactions between $20- $3000 and tier two for transactions of $3000 and above. Select the $3000 and above tier.

STEP 4

Selecting the second tier will notify you that this is a registered customer option only. You will be asked if you’re already a registered customer or if you would like to become a registered customer. Select the option to become a registered customer.

STEP 5

Follow the onscreen instructions. You will need to provide a cell phone number, a selfie (using the selfie camera on the ATM), and one form of identification.

STEP 6

Once you have completed the process you will asked to wait approximately 15 minutes for the registration to be confirmed and completed.

STEP 7

An SMS alert will be sent to the phone number you provided informing you of your registration results.
